Mystic Angel Creations is my company and I am very proud of it and of the jewelry that I make. I use only the highest quality materials in every piece and offer 6 month guarantees on them, even if customer misuse has occurred [I will repair or replace the piece if it gets broken]. I am the only person who creates the domino art-to-wear pieces and I do everything from start to finish. There is quite a bit of work which goes into these pieces and the process cannot be rushed. Therefore, an order can take up to as much as 7 to 10 days to finish.

I find it noteworthy to explain that my business is conducted in the evening hours and on weekends only. During the days, I work as a senior paralegal at a law firm in Houston, Texas, so I am not available to make or take calls during the day. My business is my creative outlet and I enjoy spreading my art all around the world.

In the event you haven't realized it yet, these handcrafted mini works of art are made out of DOMINOES! After selling them at many art fairs, I have seen many reactions. When most people turn them over, they exclaim "oh, it's a domino!" and they either love the idea or they don't. Others make nostalgic comments about playing dominoes when they were children or that their parents or grandparents had a set of bakelite dominoes.

LIMITATION OF SALES TERRITORY:
First of all, when I wholesale to you, you will never have to worry about me selling to the store next door to you. Limitation of Sales Territory cuts down on area competition to you.

INCENTIVE PROGRAM:
I offer an incentive program for the stores and boutiques which produce a large number of monthly sales. After the initial order of a dozen, if a reorder of another dozen occurs within one (1) month, I include two (2) extra pieces with the reorder. If a reorder occurs within two (2) weeks of the initial order, I include four (4) extra pieces with the reorder.

Here's an Example:

Original ship date: 2/24/08--one dozen (12) pieces are shipped

*Reorder on or before 3/7/08---one dozen (12) + 4 free pieces are shipped:
You receive 16 for the price of 12, lowering your wholesale price to the lowest level offer. [THIS IS BEST DEAL FOR YOU!!]

*Reorder on or before 3/24/08, 12 + 2 free are shipped, for a total of 14.
14 for the price of 12, which lowers your whole price.

If you reorder between those two dates, 3/7/08 and 3/24/08, I will include 3 extra pieces [for a total of 15], which also lowers your wholesale price.

The incentive program is an on-going promotion which I offer to those stores and boutiques who are serious about selling my jewelry.

ADDITIONAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM:
Any good business person knows the power of the press. If you have a media contact who is interested in writing an article about this unique form of art-to-wear jewelry, upon publication of any article which specifically mentions me, my art and my website url, I will offer at least one (1) dozen complimentary pieces to you. You must be an existing customer to be eligible for this incentive program. Your store should also be included in the article, as a means of marketing for you, too.

MUTUAL LINK/WEBSITE LISTING.
In order to be listed on my Art-To-Wear Shops Page, after an initial 6 month period has elapsed, if at least one (1) reorder is not received before that 6 month time period elapses, your store or boutique will be removed from my website.

EXCHANGES ON WHOLESALE MERCHANDISE.
Because I offer free shipping to my Wholesale Clients, and I am incurring shipping fees, I will only offer exchanges on wholesale merchandise with a minimum reorder of one dozen. The maximum number of pieces which can be evenly exchanged will be four (4).

REPLACEMENTS ON WHOLESALE MERCHANDISE.
Although special attention is given to wrapping each piece, occasionally, breakage does occur. When this happens, I will gladly replace any pieces [usually it will be the beads] as soon as possible. The broken pieces MUST be returned to me; if they are not returned to me within seven (7) days of such shipment of the replacement pieces, you will be charged for the replacement pieces.

PAYMENT:
I take VISA or MasterCard only. Prepayment is required before shipment is made.

SHIPMENT:
The only method I prefer is Federal Express GROUND and that is the only shipping cost I will pay. Yes, I PAY it, so it's FREE shipping to you on Federal Express GROUND deliveries only.

If you want your shipment to be sent by another carrier, or if you want it shipped in an Express method, YOU will pay the shipping cost.

MUTUAL LINK:
The address and phone number of your store or boutique will also be included on my website and a mutual link will be offered. I only do links with the stores who do links with me. Website and Internet Promotion is a two way street and I don't give links to stores who don't give links to me.
